NARFE Advocacy Priorities for 2025-26 Aim to Protect Benefits, Merit-Based Civil Service

NARFE Chapter 1734 meeting on May 21, 2025 at 1 pm will include a presentation of the numerous birds that visit or nest in Maryland and the Mid-Atlantic region, by season and a short business meeting.

The Maryland General Assembly in Annapolis has adjourned. Chapter 1734 has invited legislators representing Howard County to fill us in on the impact of the 447th session.

The NARFE Maryland Federation will hold its Biennial Conference at the Aloft Hotel in Ocean City, MD.

The NARFE Maryland Federation distributed the ballots on March 21 via FedHub for the contested positions of President and Secretary. Ballots must be received by April 18.
