Who can join NARFE?
Membership in NARFE is open to civilians who are or will be eligible to receive an annuity or survivor annuity from the retirement programs of any agency of the United States government, so any of the following:

- Current federal employees
- Federal retirees
- Spouses and surviving spouses of those eligible to join NARFE
- Former federal employees
- A former spouse who is entitled to a federal survivor annuity
Who makes up NARFE’s National Leadership?
The NARFE National Executive Board (NEB) comprises 12 elected members, including the National President, National Secretary/Treasurer and one regional vice president from each of NARFE’s 10 regions.
Which NARFE Region includes the Maryland Federation?
Region II includes Maryland, DC, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
Who is the NARFE Regional Vice President for Region II?
