Meetings
Chapter 1927 Meetings are open to all members, guests, and the anyone interested in NARFE and its mission. They are held at the MCL Cafeteria, 4485 Far Hills Ave, in Kettering on the 1st Friday of even numbered months at 11:00 AM. All attendees are encouraged to go through the cafeteria line, pay the cashier and carry their trays to our private room at the far left of the dining room. Cafeteria personnel will provide help if needed.
Chapter Board Meetings are also open to all members. Board meetings are held also held at the MCL Cafeteria the 3rd Wednesday of odd numbered months at 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. MCL provides the private dining room for free since most members buy lunch. Get your lunch and join us in our private dining room. Board meetings are more informal and allow for in-depth discussions about federal benefits, legislative priorities, and other chapter business. See what is happening behind the screen, so to speak. You can assist the chapter by volunteering for an officer or committee position or show up and contribute to running your Miami Valley Chapter 1927. We can use your help.

April 10, 2026: Speaker Katherine Watson of the Washington Twp-Centerville Library will be doing a program on “Getting your kicks on Route 66.” It is the 100th Anniversary of the famous route so it promises to be a fun program.
