Federal Employee Education and Assistance Fund (FEEA)

Disaster relief grants, emergency hardship loans, scholarships, tutoring, childcare subsidies and more are available through the FEEA. Merit based scholarships of $1000 to $5000 are available to children, grandchildren, and even great-grandchildren of NARFE members. Applicants must be seniors in high school. The scholarship program is funded by the NARFE-FEEA Fund, supported by NARFE members, and administered by the FEEA. For more information and to access the application, visit FEEA.
