Open Season 2025
The 2025 FEHB Open Season is November 11 through December 9, 2024. OPM is rolling out the new Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) Program for eligible Postal Service employees, Postal Service annuitants, and their eligible family members — replacing FEHB Program coverage for those groups in 2025.
NARFE has Open Season information in the November magazine and online available to members. The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) website is another source for FEHB resources.
