If you were a probationary federal employee, and believe you have been wrongfully terminated, you can file a complaint with the U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC). Here is the link to the complaint form.

If you were a career federal employee and believe you have been wrongfully removed from federal service, you may be able to file an appeal with the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB). Here is the link to how to file an appeal with the MSPB.
