NARFE, the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association originally chartered the chapter as Ingham County Chapter 289 on August 10, 1953, but was later renamed to Lansing Area Chapter 289 and has been providing Federal Employees and Retirees support for over 70 years. We welcome all Federal Employees and Retirees.
