Michigan Event
The 2026 Michigan Federation NARFE conference will be hosted by the Federation May 19-21, 2025, at the Zehnder’s Splash Village, Hotel and Waterpark, 1365 S Main St., Frankenmuth, MI 48734. Pre-conference meetings will be on Monday, May 18, 2025, for several committee meetings to finalize their committee reports for the conference. On Tuesday, May 19th, the Board will be meeting with Chapter Presidents at 9am. After a lunch break at 11:30, the full conference will begin at 1pm.

The conference is for ALL NARFE Michigan members in good standing. Elections for Federation Officers will be held during the conference. The election of new Federation officers is held on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 20th. Any Chapter or National only Michigan NARFE member may hold elected or chair positions.

Federation Officer positions are Federation President, 1st Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, four Area Vice Presidents, Chaplain and Sergeant-at-Arms that will be elected by all federation members (both National Only and Chapters) in good standing attending the conference.

Other Chair and Coordinator positions for volunteers are Membership Chair, Legislative Chair (National or State), NARFE/PAC Coordinator, FEEA Coordinator, Alzheimer’s Coordinator, Public Relations Chair, and Newsletter Editor.

Save the Date for FEDcon26! It’s coming up August 23-26 in Indianapolis, Indiana! Make sure NARFE has your email address to ensure you receive notifications when further information is available.

Pricing
Early-Bird Rate, Through May 22, 2026:
$225 for NARFE members / $300 for non-members*
From May 23, through August 7:
$250 for NARFE members / $300 for non-members*
After August 7 and onsite:
$300 for NARFE members and non-members*
*Non-members will need to create an account to complete registration.
Cancellations will be accepted through June 30, 2026 and must be sent in writing to: Attn: Ellie Dorsey, 606 N. Washington St. Alexandria, VA 22314. Registration fees will be refunded in full minus a handling and processing fee of $35. No refunds will be issued after July 1, 2026.
