2025 NARFE California Convention attendees are invited to sign up to attend the June 24, 2025, Reno Aces (who are the Triple A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks) baseball game. The Aces will be hosting the Salt Lake Bees, who are the Triple A affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels, at Greater Nevada Field (250 Evan’s Avenue). Tickets are $16, the game begins at 6:35 pm, and reservations are due by June 1. The submittal, discussion and voting of resolutions and amendments to the NARFE California Federation Bylaws are a part of the business of the upcoming Convention held on June 23-25, 2025 in Reno NV. Members are invited to submit a proposed resolution or bylaws amendment using the designated submittal form. Resolutions and amendments may be initiated by any affiliated member or chapter of the Federation. Submissions are due by May 15, 2025. The Executive Board of the California Federation of NARFE is preparing for the Federation Convention they will host from June 23-25, 2025 at the Silver Legacy in Reno NV.This week, from April 7-9, officers met on-site for their final review of the accommodations in Reno. Members are reminded that reimbursements are available for registration and reduced hotel fees.

California NARFE members join federal employees, retires, Unions, and concerned American citizens to say, “Hands OFF our Federal Jobs”, “Hands OFF our Personal Data”, and “Hands OFF the Congressionally Mandated Services that we provide to the public”! The California Federation of NARFE is actively engaged in protecting federal employees and annuitants who face increasing threats to job security and earned benefits. We are a non-partisan association that needs to act politically to defend the civil service system and our members. Peaceful protests depend on people, but also on posters – messages that say what we mean and represent us well. National NARFE shared on its Facebook page the photos from the Bay Area March 15, 2025 rally led by the CA Federation. It takes a team cooperating together to get the results we need, and the work we each do matters. NARFE invites federal employees and retirees to Rally Together with NARFE!

The National Day of Action to Save the USPS is March 20, 2025. APWU calls on NARFE members to support organized rallies throughout California. The National Association of Letters will hold its San Francisco rally on Sunday March 23, 2025, from 11 am – 1 pm at the Harry Bridges Plaza across from the Ferry Building.

On Saturday, March 15, 2025 Bay Area NARFE chapters came together with three federal employee unions (APWU, NTEU and AFGE) to field 200 – 250 Feds to march around the San Francisco Federal building to protest the illegal firing of federal employees and the destruction of government practices of 150 years.
