Proposed CA Bylaws Due May 15, 2025

The submittal, discussion and voting of resolutions and amendments to the Federation Bylaws are a part of the business of the upcoming Convention held on June 23-25, 2025. You are invited to submit a proposed resolution or bylaws amendment using the submittal form by May 15. Resolutions and amendments may be initiated by any affiliated member or chapter of the Federation. An affiliated member is one who is a member of a chapter in good standing or a National-only Member who has paid a “per capita” dues assessment of $2.00 at the convention. The submitter, or a representative designated by the submitter, must also be present at the convention to present the need and rationale for the bylaw amendment.
