NARFE Chapter 0049 includes all of San Joaquin County. The cities are Stockton, Banta, Carbona, Holt, Lodi, Lockeford, Manteca, Escalon, Ripon, and Tracy.

Chapter 1335 Grass Valley includes Nevada County The cities of Nevada City, Grass Valley, Penn Valley, North San Juan, Alta Sierra, Chicago Park, Scotts Flat, Graniteville, Mystic, Floriston, Hinton, Boca, Truckee, and Hobart Mills.
Chapter 1354 Placer-Auburn CA
Chapter 1354 includes Eastern Placer County The cities of Auburn, Colfax, Foresthill, Tahoe City, Tahoe Vista, Alta, Gilberts, Baxter, Gold Run. Also, includes El Dorado County. Cities of Cool, Pilot Hill, Coloma, Greenwood, Georgetown, and Garden Valley.
