NARFE CA Federation congratulates all the Congressional District Liaisons who worked hard to pass HR 82 to repeal the Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP) and the Government Pension Offset (GPO). Many thanks to all who supported the NARFE effort to right this egregious wrong.

The Government Pension Offset and the Windfall Elimination Provision are REPEALED!
