Bylaws APPROVED
The CA Federation Bylaws, adopted in Convention April 25, 2019 and revised in Convention October 20, 2021 have been formally reviewed and approved by the National Secretary of NARFE on January 1, 2024. Progress may be slow, but at least it is in motion!
