VFN chapters provide opportunities for fellowship, service, and leadership development, while NARFE’s national resources offer expert guidance on federal benefits and retirement planning. Together, our members ensure that the voice of every federal employee and retiree is heard—loudly and clearly—where it matters most.
Distinguished Membership
Distinguished Members are those who have maintained continuous NARFE membership for 20 years or more, demonstrating long-term dedication to protecting the earned rights and benefits of federal employees, retirees, and their survivors.
