Welcome to the Virginia Federation of NARFE (VFN). We proudly serve federal employees, retirees, their families, and survivors across the Commonwealth. Our mission is to protect earned pay and benefits, strengthen connections among members, and provide resources that help you stay informed and engaged. The VFN serves 317,055 Active and Retired Virginia families: 153,853 Annuitants and Survivor Annuitants; 147,358 Active Federal & 15,844 Postal Employees (OPM 12/31/2024).
