Q. What does NARFE do?
A. The National Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) Association has been protecting and improving the earned benefits of federal employees, retirees and their families since 1921. NARFE advocates for both active and retired federal employees before Congress and the White House, sponsors and supports legislation to protect our earned benefits for the general welfare of members. Federal Employees Wrongfully Terminated
Q. Where Probationary Employees can file a complaint, if wrongfully terminated?
A. Contact the U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC) to complete a complaint form.
A. File electronically, but if you receive an error when trying to submit your complaint, email the form to (info@osc.gov)

A. File an Appeal to the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB)
