Blue Cross Blue Shield – Road to Retirement

Current Federal Employees: Important health insurance decisions need to be made before retirement. Blue Cross Blue Shield will present two information sessions targeted at current federal employees who plan to retire in the next 5 years. If you or a colleague is nearing retirement (or recently retired), this might be a good session to help avoid critical mistakes. The presenter will have time before and after the presentations to allow for individual questions. You don’t need to be a NARFE member to attend.

• Meeting April 9, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at the Best Western, 1400 8th Avenue NW, Aberdeen, SD 57401

2026 Dakota Federation Annual Conference and Meeting

The 2026 First Dakota Federation Annual Conference and Meeting will be held May 15-16, 2026, at the Ramkota Hotel and Convention Center, 920 W. Sioux Ave.,  Pierre, South Dakota.
Reserve your room by calling the Ramkota directly at (605) 224-6877. Ask for the block of rooms under the National Active & Retired Federal Employees Association. The block will be held until April 14, 2026. Room rate is $139 plus all applicable taxes and fees.

Conference begins May 15, 2026, in Amphitheatre I at 10 a.m. with registration from 8 a.m. – 10 a.m.
