Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB)

Under the Postal Service Reform Act, all postal employees and annuitants will be required to select a health insurance plan in the new PSHB program during the 2024 Open Season from November 11, 2024 to December 9, 2024. Former Spouses and FEHB Coverage

A former spouse may be eligible to enroll in a health benefits plan under the FEHB based on the Spouse Equity provisions if certain conditions are met. For eligibility information see the Spouse Equity Act

NARFE-Federal Employee Education and Assistance Fund (FEEA) and Scholarships

Disaster relief grants, emergency hardship loans, scholarships, tutoring, childcare subsidies, and more are available through FEEA.

Merit based scholarships of $1000 to $5000 are available to children, grandchildren, and even great-grandchildren of NARFE members. Applicants must be seniors in high school. The scholarship program is funded by the NARFE-FEEA Fund, supported by NARFE members, and administered by the FEEA. For more information, visit FEEA.
