Save the date! FEDcon26  AUG. 23-26  INDIANAPOLIS IN

NARFE’s biennial training conference for officers and future leaders, FEDcon26, will be held at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Indianapolis. The National Executive Board and Federation Presidents meet just prior to FEDcon. The Annual NARFE Business Meeting is the morning of Aug 23 and then the conference starts that afternoon.

2026 IL CONFERENCE  OCT. 21  VIRTUAL on ZOOM

The conference planning committee will be convened in the near future to develop the schedule for the conference. Stay tuned for more information.

2025 IL CONFERENCE  SEP. 16-17  EFFINGHAM IL

Our conference was held again at the Thelma Keller Convention Center. Our new Region 04 Vice-President (VP), Ed Konys joined us from Ohio and shared insights on the Future of NARFE. National staff members John Hatton and Nora McDonald spoke on Advocacy and membership, respectively. We also had presentations on Managing Our Finances in Retirement and Senior Safety. Elections were held during the business meeting on Wednesday. Jerry Townsend was elected as President and Connie Storer as District 2 VP. All other officers remained in place. 2024 IL CONVENTION  SEP. 17-19  EFFINGHAM IL

Our annual convention was held at the Thelma Keller Convention Center. The Final Call to Convention has the schedule. During the business meeting on Thursday, there were no proposed changes to the federation bylaws. Malcolm Todd (Chap. 1007) resigned as District 1 VP and James Haley (Chap. 1019) volunteered to replace him. Some speakers’ slides are available for your reference. The Minutes were also posted.

FEDcon24  AUG. 19-20  ST. LOUIS MO
