NARFE Midlothian Chapter 2265 received its Charter on November 23, 1992, in Chesterfield County, Virginia. The original officers were George R. Rodericks, President; Nancy F. Gee, Secretary; and Yvonne H. Oakley, Treasurer. To complete the original charter directors, we remember: Maggie G. Beattie, Judge H. Eugene Behage, Sarah Boettger, Raymond L. Brodie, Christeen G. DeBruyn, Susie Kyle, Maurice Meyer, Sterling N. Monk, Sr., and Orville Overboe.
Our chapter serves as a local hub for active and retired federal employees, as well as spouses and survivors. For those in the Midlothian area and beyond seeking to connect with fellow federal employees and retirees, Chapter 2265 provides a welcoming community focused on advocacy, education, and camaraderie.
