Labor Day: Rally at SF Federal Building and Protest in Fremont
On Monday, September 1, besides the 17X17K demonstration on El Camino from Santa Clara to San Mateo which I told you about in my last email, there will be a:
Labor Day Rally in support of Federal Employees from 9:30-11:30am at the Philip Burton Federal Building on Golden Gate Ave in San Francisco, sponsored by NARFE along with three Federal Employee Unions,
and a
Workers over Billionaires Protest from 11am-1pm in Fremont at the corner of Walnut and Paseo Padre.
Get your signs ready and plan to show up somewhere in support of Feds everywhere. If you ride BART to San Francisco from the East Bay, the 8:29am train from Fremont arrives at Civic Center at 9:19am. That train runs every 20 minutes. Easy-peasy, but have to get up early lol.
See attached flyers for details.
