The National Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) Association, St. Mary’s Chapter 0969 is here to help keep you informed on legislation that may affect your earned pay, annuity, rights and benefits.  Find out how we assist our members in About Our Chapter. 

All Federal workers and retirees are welcome to join our chapter at the next monthly meeting which meets every third Friday in Leonardtown, MD.   In addition to the remarkable work done by NARFE National listed in this brochure,  this Chapter provides Federal workers and annuitants more localized relevant information.  We invite speakers to the monthly meetings to provide valuable information specific to this area and we act as your personnel office after you retire.  To join our chapter, contact the 1st Vice President for membership details or contact NARFE National and specify Chapter 0969 in the application.

2026 Maryland State Legislation

The Maryland Federation State Legislative Committee (SLC) works to support proposed legislation in the Maryland General Assembly on behalf of NARFE members and all Maryland Seniors.  The MD Federation website provides a list of bills that have passed and are signed or will be signed by Governor Wes Moore for 2026.
