American Legion Hall, 4607 St James Road, Vancouver, WA (please use the St. John’s Rd entrance). The doors open at 11:30. Lunch (soup/ sandwich) can be purchased from the American Legion kitchen between 11:30 and 12:25. The business meeting begins at 12:45. Featured speakers are announced in the chapter newsletter, on the Chapter website, and in the Columbian (the weekend before the meeting under Local Events).
