General meetings are held at 1pm on the lower level of the San Francisco Federal Office Building, 90 7th Street (map), Room B-140, unless otherwise specified. The Executive Board meets that same day from 10:30am to 12 noon, and all chapter members are welcome to attend. As of August 19, 2020, our meetings have been held online via ZOOM. Carol Ong from Congressman Kevin Mullin’s Office has been invited to meet NARFE members at 11:30 am on March 18, 2026 via Zoom. CA Congressional District 15 runs from San Francisco to Redwood City. Issues affecting Federal Workers and Federal Retirees will be discussed and participants will be allowed to bring their issues and concerns to the Congressman’s Office during the meeting.
