Chapter 0065 is the San Francisco branch of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees organization which was chartered on December 27, 1951. Chapter 0065 is in the California Federation District V, and is part of NARFE National Region VIII which includes California, Hawaii, Nevada and the Philippines.
