November 5th 2025 Health Fair CANCELLED
The planned November 5th Health Fair at the Nancy Pelosi Federal Building has been cancelled due to the government shutdown. The Federal Building is closed to visitors. However, we are working with various healthcare providers to set up a virtual meeting. Currently, we are discussing a November 10th virtual meeting for all Northern California NARFE members but the date and time has not yet been finalized. We will notify members as soon as we know specifics.

Joyce Okazaki will share her memories of Manzanar Camp on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 1 pm via Zoom. Though she and her family were American citizens, the US Government questioned the loyalty of Japanese Americans and many, including her family, were incarcerated at Manzanar.
