NARFE National Secretary-Treasurer Cindy Blythe will join the Chapter 0065 San Francisco members meeting on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 1 pm PT. We welcome all California federal employees and annuitants. Members can access the Zoom link by signing in to their NARFE account and going to the page for the Meetings/Zoom Link. As announced in The Sentinel, our Chapter0065 newsletter, “Cindy will discuss her background, what her duties entail, what she has been working on this year, other projects for the future, and her vision for the future of NARFE. There will be a Q and A session as time allows.”

Joyce Okazaki will share her memories of Manzanar Camp on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 1 pm via Zoom. Though she and her family were American citizens, the US Government questioned the loyalty of Japanese Americans and many, including her family, were incarcerated at Manzanar.
