Director Quintero will provide updates about California’s State Parks and the partnerships with federal agencies as well as some recent highlights regarding access for all and climate change actions/planning. Joyce Okazaki will share her memories of Manzanar Camp on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 1 pm via Zoom. Though she and her family were American citizens, the US Government questioned the loyalty of Japanese Americans and many, including her family, were incarcerated at Manzanar.
