FEDcon26, NARFE’s biennial training conference, is getting closer and closer. The Federation Board voted to fund members up to $1200 per member to attend the FedCon26 in Indianapolis August 23-26, 2026. This is a good time to register if you haven’t already. While registration will be available up to August, the “early bird special” will be ending soon. On May 22, the price increases!

OPM has said that it is mailing out the balance of the paper 2025 1099-R forms that federal retirees want or need to file their taxes, following complaints by many retirees and prodding from several members of Congress.
