The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has partnered with Login.gov to offer enhanced online account security to BENEFEDS.gov users. Login.gov will replace the current login process and credentials that you use to access your My BENEFEDS account.

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has updated its delivery policy for the 1099-R form. Annuitants who have provided an email address will receive their 1099-R forms electronically, unless they opt to receive them by mail through their OPM online account.

With another year of a diet COLA for FERS retirees – 2% instead of the 2.8% for the Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS) and Social Security, it’s past time to end this unfairness.

Take action to view your new benefit amount online. Starting in late November, you may be able to securely view and save your Social Security COLA notice within your personal my Social Security account.
