VFN-05A Exhibitor Contract

This contract outlines the terms and conditions for exhibitors participating in the Virginia Federation of NARFE (VFN) 2026 Annual Conference. By submitting this form, the exhibitor agrees to reserve exhibit space, comply with conference policies, and submit payment as specified. Exhibit space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of a completed contract and payment.

Exhibitor tables are 6 or 8 feet long. Chairs will be provided as needed. You are required to complete the Facilities Support Form (VFN26-04-facilities) and forward it to Larry McIlwee to list additional equipment. We cannot guarantee, but we do our best to comply.

Table setup is scheduled for Sunday April 12 from 2:00 pm until 6 pm or Monday April 13 prior to 9:00 am. Exhibitor tables can be on display from Monday, April 13 at 9:00 am until Wednesday, April 15 at 12:00 noon.

IMPORTANT – when you get to the bottom of the page and click submit, you will have to enter the total Exhibitor Contract Amount once again before you click Enter.
