Nora MacDonald

Nora MacDonald was previously with Americans for the Arts as a Member Services Associate and Membership Marketing Coordinator, where she worked on two membership programs for their 501(c) (3) and 501(c) (4) organizations from 2004-2011. She was at the American Horticultural Society as Associate Director of Membership and Member Programs, where she grew membership to 22,000 avid gardeners and oversaw programs until starting with NARFE in April 2023. She and her husband, Matt, live with their 8-year-old daughter, Elena, and their dog, Teddy, in Alexandria, VA. She is the PTA Treasurer at her daughter’s school.
