The Virginia Federation of NARFE (VFN) is proposing a change to our bylaws as part of our ongoing commitment to strengthen our organization and ensure we continue to serve our members effectively.  Bylaws are the foundation of how we operate, and any proposed updates are carefully considered to reflect current needs, improve efficiency, and support our mission.
