HAPPY NEW YEAR 2026

As we look back on 2025, we can be proud of the work we have done together. It was a year of challenge, growth, and renewed commitment to our mission. We strengthened our advocacy, supported our chapters, embraced new ways to communicate and connect, and continued to stand firm in support of active and retired federal employees and their families. Progress is not always fast or easy, but it is real—and it happens because of your dedication and perseverance.

Looking ahead to 2026, the opportunities before us are exciting. We have the chance to build on the momentum we’ve created, grow our membership, deepen our legislative impact, and further modernize how we share our story and serve our members. Most importantly, we have the opportunity to lead with purpose—listening to one another, valuing every voice, and working together for a stronger Federation and a stronger NARFE.

Thank you for all that you do—often quietly, always faithfully—to support our mission. I believe deeply in this organization, in our shared values, and in each of you. Together, we will continue to make a difference.
