NARFE Region 03 Training Conference

The NARFE Region 03 Training Conference will be held October 10-12, 2025 at the Hilton Garden Inn, 475 Millennium Blvd, Brunswick, GA. The meeting will start after lunch on October 10 and conclude on October 12.

The conference registration fee is $60.00 and the Saturday lunch ticket is $25.00. When you arrive at the hotel, check with our registration desk in the conference area of the hotel. You will be given your registration packet and your name badge at that time. You must wear your name badge at all times to gain entrance to the meeting rooms. The Friday afternoon session will begin at 3:00 pm in the St. Simons Ballroom. The Saturday morning session will be in the Golden Isles Ballroom starting at 9:00 am; and the Sunday session will also be in the Golden Isles Ballroom. Saturday lunch will be in the Golden Isles Ballroom.

When making your hotel reservations, you have the option of making them online or you can call the hotel directly at 912-267-1111. If you call the hotel direct, you must make sure you tell them you are with NARFE in order to get the discounted room rate. Room reservations should be made as soon as possible since the discounted rate is not guaranteed after September 19, 2025.

The conference Website is up and running. From the Website, you can make your room reservations, register for the conference, purchase your Saturday lunch ticket, be a conference sponsor, or even be a conference patron all from the comfort of your home. You don’t even need to walk to the mailbox because you will pay your fees online. Once you register for the conference, you will receive an online copy of your registration.
