NARFE is calling for NARFE members, Chapters and Federations to review the current list of positions and propose changes to incorporate in an updated list of advocacy positions for the upcoming 120th Session of Congress 2027-2028.

A new section has been created on the MO Federation microsite LINKS page for information on Advocacy.

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) released a notice that it intends to collect data from Federal Employee Health Benefit (FEHB) and Postal Service Health Benefit (PSHB) plan carriers on service utilization and cost, including medical and pharmacy claims, as well as provider information. There is a lack of adequate explanation on why the information is needed, how it will be used, how it will be secured, and what safeguards will be implemented to protect enrollees’ private data from its employer.

As you vote for your MO Federation Officers, it is important that you ONLY vote for the Congressional District Leader (CDL) in YOUR Congressional District. But do you know what Congressional District you live in?

This March, NARFE-PAC is featured in NARFE Magazine with a story highlighting the importance of political engagement, advocacy, and the role NARFE-PAC plays in strengthening the voice of the federal community.

Send a message to your lawmakers urging them to cosponsor H.R. 491/ S. 624, the Equal COLA Act, to provide full COLAs to Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS) retirees.

Unless something is done THIS WEEK, it could be a long time before Congress funds the Continuing Resolution. Call your Congressional representatives and let them know this needs to be resolved!
