The NARFE IN Federation holds its annual meetings in even numbered years and its conference in odd numbered years.

The 2025 Indiana Federation Conference was held at the Hilton Garden Inn Greenwood, Indiana. The date was September 24-25.

The 2026 Annual Meeting will take place October 29, 2026. The location is the NALC Branch 39 Union Hall 2211 E 54th St Indianapolis, IN. The time is 10:00am to 5:00pm.
