OPM Releases 2026 FEHB/PSHB Premiums

On October 9, 2025, OPM posted the 2026 Premium Rate Charts for the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) and Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) programs on its website. Rates have increased an average of 12.3%, the second consecutive year of double-digit increases for both employees and retirees.

A notice on that page says some Self Plus One rates may be higher than the Self and Family one. Members that previously enrolled in a Self Plus One option should pay close attention to both premiums when choosing their plan for 2026.
