Judge Restricts DOGE Access to OPM Systems
A preliminary injunction was issued, blocking the Department of Government Efficiency’s access to some databases at the Office of Personnel Management. Judge Denise Cote is a senior federal judge for the United States District Court for The Southern District of New York.
