About Us

NARFE PA Federation Oxford Circle Chapter 1301 began in October 1973.  The Chapter provides resources and expertise to help federal employees and annuitants.  Our members reside in Philadelphia, the counties of Southeast Pennsylvania, South Jersey, Central Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland.  Our chapter email address is oxfordcirclenarfe@yahoo.com

Our Chapter Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month, except for July and August, at the PATH Center, 1919 Cottman Ave, Philadelphia, PA. at 12:30 pm. Check in with the receptionist in the lobby and she will direct you to the room. Please note, that attendees can either park in the small parking lot next to the building or in PATH’s larger parking lot located at the corner of Alma and Elgin streets.
