History

NARFE Chapter 1201 received its official charter on August 4, 1971.   The chapter received a proclamation from the Mayor of Arlington to commemorate its 25th anniversary on July 23, 1996.

It received a proclamation from the Mayor of Arlington to commemorate its 50-year anniversary on January 8, 2024.

Chapter 1201 provides resources and expertise to help federal employees and annuitants.
