It was enrollment for health insurance again. BC/BS representative Jennifer Malave from Blue Cross/Blue Shield returned to outline what’s available for 2025 in the FEHB and PSHB programs: recap familiar choices, highlighted new benefits, identified new rules and procedures, and emphasized the value in reviewing one’s selections every year. Jennifer has been dedicated to servicing federal employees and has shared valuable information that has helped members with annual choices.
