Newsletters

Our newsletter is the “Wurst” because New Braunfels, Texas, is big on celebrating all things about sausage with its annual Wurstfest celebration starting the Friday before the first full week in November each year for ten days.  Every member receives the Wurst newsletter by email or postal mail, and members with email also receive the Chapter eXtra with more pictures and articles of interest to those who use a computer.

The deadline for submissions is the Monday following the third Friday in the months of March, June, September, and December.
