About Us

NARFE Chapter 0143 was Chartered on April 10th of 1952 and provides resources and expertise to help federal employees and annuitants.  We serve the area of northwest Pennsylvania and extreme southwest NY, including the all or parts of the Counties of Erie, Crawford , Warren, and Chautauqua.
