NARFE is also working to protect earned federal retirement and health benefits, oppose proposals that would reduce retirement security, support competitive federal pay, and strengthen the Office of Personnel Management\u2019s retirement services operations.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, NARFE is monitoring issues affecting FEHB and PSHB programs, postal service funding, workforce reductions, government reorganization efforts, and policies that impact current federal employees and future retirees.
