By submitting this form, the exhibitor agrees to reserve exhibit space, comply with conference policies, and submit payment as specified. Exhibit space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of a completed contract and payment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1434\">Exhibitor tables are 6 or 8 feet long. Chairs will be provided as needed.\u00a0 You are required to complete the Facilities Support Form (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.narfe.org\/va\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/139\/2026\/01\/VFN26-04-Facilities.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>VFN26-04-facilities<\/strong><\/a>) and forward it to <a href=\"mailto:josephmcilwee@verizon.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Larry McIlwee<\/strong><\/a> to list additional equipment.\u00a0 We cannot guarantee, but we do our best to comply.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1434\">Table setup is scheduled for Sunday April 12 from 2:00 pm until 6 pm or Monday April 13 prior to 9:00 am.\u00a0 Exhibitor tables can be on display from Monday, April 13 at 9:00 am until Wednesday, April 15 at 12:00 noon.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1434\"><strong>IMPORTANT<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0<span style=\"color:
