Distinguished Members in NARFE honor a member\u2019s sustained commitment to NARFE\u2019s mission of advocacy, service, and support for the federal community.<\/p>\n
Chapter Presidents and Secretaries are responsible for determining eligibility among members.\u00a0 Review the guidelines and criteria for Distinguished Membership and make sure you reward eligible members with a special \u201cThank You\u201d.<\/p>\n
BENEFITS<\/strong><\/p>\n Our goal is to make Distinguished Membership beneficial to the recipient.\u00a0 In keeping with this goal, a Distinguished Member:<\/p>\n Receives a Distinguished Member pin; GUIDELINES<\/strong><\/p>\n Distinguished Memberships are non-transferable. \nGets a special Distinguished Membership card; and
\nReceives a Congratulatory Certificate from NARFE\u2019s national officers.<\/p>\n
\nA Life Member may be granted Distinguished Membership.
\nA member in NARFE\u2019s Dues Withholding program may be granted Distinguished Membership.<\/p>\n
\nA chapter president or secretary must sign the Distinguished Membership Certification form, attesting that the above requirements have been met.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
