This action jeopardizes the civil service that has protected our nation for decades. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/narfe.informz.net\/z\/cjUucD9taT0zNTg3ODA5JnA9MSZ1PTUyODI3ODQwNyZsaT00MjIzNTQ1MA\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NARFE opposed the proposed rule<\/a><\/strong>, submitted comments arguing against it, and challenged the policy via a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/narfe.informz.net\/z\/cjUucD9taT0zNTg3ODA5JnA9MSZ1PTUyODI3ODQwNyZsaT00MjIzNTQ1Mg\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-informz-link=\"true\" data-informz-link-name=\"lawsuit1\" data-informz-do-not-track=\"false\"><span class=\"email-hyperlink-color-preserver\">lawsuit<\/span><\/a><\/strong>.
