It can be downloaded and will serve until the upcoming <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fedcon.narfe.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FEDcon26<\/a> <\/strong>conference. Why the wait? At the conference in Indianapolis IN from <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">August 23-25, 2026,<\/span> members will have an opportunity to debate the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.narfe.org\/2026-narfe-national-election\/bylaws-amendments-will-be-published-june-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">proposed bylaws<\/a> <\/strong>that will be published in FEDHub June 1 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.narfe.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/2026-Election-Timeline.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Election Timeline<\/strong><\/a>).\u00a0 The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.narfe.org\/2026-narfe-national-election\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2026 NARFE National Election<\/a> <\/strong>will be held after the conference.
