I received an invitation to the signing and will be in attendance proudly representing NARFE*.<\/p>\n

\u201cThanks to all NARFE members for your efforts in reaching this goal.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThis bill will repeal the unfair Windfall Elimination Provision \u201cWEP\u201d and Government Pension Offset \u201cGPO\u201d from the Social Security Act which has impacted millions of retirees including many federal workers nationwide, and teachers and firefighters in 15 states including Texas.\u00a0 This has been a primary goal of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees since 1985!<\/p>\n
